Implementation of the e-commerce model (customer self-service solutions) at UAB "Druskų miestas"
UAB "Druskų miestas" in 2021-2022 in accordance with the 2014-2020 European Union funds investment action program of the 13th priority "Promotion of actions to overcome the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparation for environmentally friendly, digital and sustainable economic revitalization" measure No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 "E. commercial model COVID-19" plans to implement the project "E. implementation of a commercial model (customer self-service solutions) in the company UAB "Druskų miestas"" (project No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0763), the main goal of which is the implementation of information technologies for managing business transactions electronically, in order to increase income growth.
Thanks to the project, the company will install e. commercial model (customer self-service solution), i.e. software will be purchased and installed, that is intended for accommodation establishments and which will allow customers to independently order accommodation services and pay for them.
After installing the e-commercial model (customer self-service solution) hotel guests (customers) upon arriving at the hotel will be able to order accommodation services and pay for them at any time of the day (24/7 virtual reception) without the help of a hotel employee. The purchased and installed software will be integrated with the hotel's existing system. In the customer self-service system, it will be possible to check the availability of the hotel for the specified period, and the system will offer the room type and price, taking into account the availability of the hotel.
