Rules for using saunas
By using the saunas, you agree that you are familiar with these rules, that you do not object to them, and that you are fully responsible for the consequences that may arise from non-compliance with these rules.
Rules of behavior in the bathhouse and sauna:
- Before entering the saunas and using them, as well as after using the toilet, it is necessary to take a shower.
- It is best to take a bath after 2-3 hours. after meal.
- On the day you visit the saunas, you should drink more non-alcoholic liquids.
- It is recommended not to wear jewelry in the sauna area.
- Visitors must follow all the instructions of the serving staff regarding order, discipline, use of the premises, saunas, and the equipment in them.
- Visitors under the age of 18 can visit the sauna complex only under the supervision of their parents or accompanying persons. Adults are fully responsible for the health and safety of themselves and their minor children.
In the sauna:
- When sitting or lying in the sauna, it is mandatory to spread out a towel.
- When entering the sauna for the first time, it is recommended to warm up for 5-7 minutes on the lower shelf. After an intermediate cooling down, you can enter the sauna again and warm up for 8-15 minutes. After the sauna, it is recommended to rest and then take a shower.
In the steam room:
- After entering the steam room, it is necessary to wash the beds with running water.
- It is recommended to heat in the steam room for 5-10 minutes. After the sauna, it is recommended to rest, take a shower, and then swim in the pool, thus gradually reducing the amount of heat in the body. Number of visits to the steam room for 1-3 times.
- It is recommended not to wear jewelry in the sauna area.
The following are prohibited in saunas:
- Pour water or other liquids on stones or heating devices.
- Bring and use your own infusions, extracts, oils, and shingles.
- Bring food or drinks to the sauna.
- Adjust the devices in the sauna rooms, and damage the inventory in the saunas.
- Smoking, taking pictures, filming, consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Do not touch the batteries of the saunas, act carelessly.
- Behaving disrespectfully, endangering yourself and other bathhouse visitors.
- Visiting persons suffering from infectious, viral ,or other contagious diseases, as well as persons with open wounds and/or other health disorders that may endanger the health and/or well-being of the person himself or other visitors.
