After the guests leave, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with certified means.

From 23:00 until 7 o'clock in the morning you can enter the hotel only with a room card or by calling the reception number indicated on the door.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE NIGHT*

Rich breakfast (served in the historic building, in the breakfast room), bathrobes and safe in the room, access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi area, access to the gym, Wi-Fi, space for your car.

*We inform you that the Druskininkai Municipal Council has set a local fee of €2/day for using the public and recreation infrastructure of the Druskininkai resort. The local fee for using the public infrastructure of the Druskininkai resort is not included in the price. For children under 18 fee is not applicable.

Choose Wifi Europa Royale Druskinkai. There is no password.

 

ROOM COOLING / HEATING

Room cooling/heating is centrally controlled from reception. If you wish to change the room temperature, please contact the reception.

Room cooling is provided only in the warm season.

 

BEDDING / ROBBES

If you need an extra pillow or bathrobe, please contact the reception at any time of the day.

 

MINI BAR

Minibar service is available at the reception.

The assortment of the mini bar can be viewed and purchased at the hotel reception 24 hours a day.

 

COLD IN THE BATH?

The bathroom floor is heated. You will find the switch near the bathroom door, on the side of the room.

 

POOL TOWELS

Pool towels are available in the room. We change these towels every other day. If you wish to exchange more often, a €2 exchange fee is applied. For changing towels, please contact the reception.

 

BREAKFAST

On working days 8 - 10 a.m. 8 - 11 am on weekends and holidays.

You can access the breakfast room by going down the stairs to the 1st floor at the reception.

The intensity of the flow of guests having breakfast is indicated on the envelope of the room key.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The hotel has a SALT BLUES restaurant, SPA Boutique, bowling and conference centers. The hotel is connected to the Druskininkai hospital by a glass corridor, through which you can enter the Druskininkai water park without going outside.

You will find the spa center on the second floor of the glass enclosure. Follow the directions.

We recommend booking the desired SPA Boutique procedures in advance, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with the desired services.

– If you are late up to 15 min. from the start of the procedure, the procedure time is proportionally shorter.

– If the procedure is canceled less than 4 hours before before the start of the reserved service, with a delay of more than 15 minutes. or in case of no-show - the procedure is considered to have been performed and is charged according to the current prices. The amount is included in the room bill.

PETS

We accept guests with pets for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel's restaurant, breakfast room, spa center, sauna and sauna area, gym.

PARKING PARKS
Two free parking lots are available for hotel guests. The guest is fully responsible for the safety of his vehicle and the items left in it.

 

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION
Two car charging stations are available for hotel guests in the inner yard of the hotel, next to the glass building.

 

DOMESTIC PETS

Do not leave your family members at home - Hotel Europa Royale Druskininkai accepts guests with pets. For the safety of the guests, pets are only allowed on a leash, an additional fee applies to a pet - 20 EUR/day, if two or more pets - 30 EUR/day. You can visit the hotel's breakfast room and restaurant terraces with your pets. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the breakfast room or restaurant.

The person accompanying the pet or its owner is fully responsible for the animal's behavior: you must compensate for any damage caused by the pet to other guests, their property, hotel staff, building or inventory. The hotel and its staff are not responsible for damage caused to other guests by pets of hotel guests.

 

SMOKING

It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco products and use any smoking devices in the hotel rooms. In case of violation, a room cleaning fee of €150 is payable.

 

EXTRA BED AND BREAKFAST

- Children under 3 years old - free of charge (maximum 2 children in a deluxe class room and apartments, 1 child in a standard room).

- For children from 3 to 12 years old - 19 EUR/child per night with breakfast (maximum 2 children in a deluxe class room and apartments, 1 child in a standard room).

- For children from 12 years old and adults - 35 EUR/person per night with breakfast (maximum 2 in deluxe room and apartments, 1 in standard room).

An extra bed or baby cot must be booked in advance.

 

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Upon receipt of advance payment equal to the price of 1 day no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the order. If the reservation is accepted later than 3 days before arrival, the advance is transferred on the same day.

Your non-guaranteed reservation can be canceled without charge or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. until 12:00 on the day of arrival.

Unpaid reservations are considered non-guaranteed and may be cancelled.

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

You can cancel a room with a guaranteed reservation free of charge with 48 hours' notice. until 12:00 on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation later or in case of no-show, the hotel charges a fee equal to 100% of the price of one night's accommodation including VAT.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE

If the guest departs earlier than confirmed in his booking, the hotel may apply an early departure fee equal to 100% of the booked night's accommodation price including VAT.
