INCLUDES IN THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE*

Rich breakfast (served in the historical building, breakfast room), bathrobes and safe in the room, use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, use of the fitness room, Wi-Fi, parking space for your car.

*Please note that the Druskininkai Municipal Council has set a local fee of €2/day for using the public and recreational infrastructure of the Druskininkai resort. The local fee for using the public infrastructure of the Druskininkai resort is not included in the price. Children under 18 years of age are not charged.

INTERNET IN THE ROOM

Choose Wifi Europa Royale Druskininkai. There is no password.

ROOM COOLING / HEATING

Room cooling / heating is centrally controlled from the reception. If you wish to change the room temperature, please contact the reception.

Room cooling is provided only in the warm season.

BEDDING / BATHROBE

If you are missing an extra pillow or bathrobe, please contact the reception at any time of the day.

MINIBAR

Minibar service is provided at the reception.

You can view and purchase the minibar assortment at the hotel reception 24 hours a day.

COOL IN THE BATHROOM?

The bathroom floor is heated. You will find the switch next to the bathroom door, on the room side.

POOL TOWELS

Towels for swimming in the pool are available in the room. These towels are changed every other day. If you wish to change more often, a €2 change fee applies. For towel changes, please contact the reception.

BREAKFAST

Weekdays 8 - 10 am. Weekends and holidays 8 - 11 am

You can enter the breakfast room by going down the stairs to the 1st floor at the reception.

The intensity of the flow of guests having breakfast is indicated in the room key envelope.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The hotel has a restaurant SALT BLUES, SPA Boutique, bowling and conference centers. The hotel is connected to the Druskininkai Health Resort by a glass corridor, through which, without going outside, you can enter the Druskininkai Water Park.

You will find the SPA center on the second floor of the glass building. Follow the directions.

SPA treatment reservations are accepted by short no. 7 / mob. tel. no. +37067105811 .

We recommend that you reserve the desired SPA Boutique treatments in advance, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with the desired services.

– If you are late up to 15 min. from the start of the procedure, the procedure time is proportionally shortened.

– If the procedure is canceled less than 4 hours before the start of the reserved service, if you are late more than 15 min. or no-show – the procedure is considered to have been completed and is charged at the current prices. The amount is added to the room bill.

BOWLING CENTER

Thursday - Thursday: 6 - 10 p.m.

Friday: 3 - 12 p.m.

Saturday: 3 - 7 p.m.

Opening hours may vary due to increased occupancy.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS

Friday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 4 - 8 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 - 9 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

The swimming pool and sauna area are located on the first floor of the glass building. Follow the directions.

You will only be able to enter the pool with your room card.

SAUNA HOURS

VII - IV: 16 - 20 hrs.

V: 15 - 21 hrs.

VI: 9 - 21 hrs.

PETS

We accept guests with pets for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, breakfast room, spa center, swimming pool and sauna area, gym.

PAYMENT

The hotel accepts payments in local currency in Euros and credit/debit cards: VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, Maestro.

PARKING LOT
Two free parking lots are available for hotel guests. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their vehicle and any items left in it.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION
There are two car charging stations for hotel guests in the hotel courtyard, next to the glass building.

PETS

Don't leave your family members at home - the Europa Royale Druskininkai hotel accepts guests with pets. For the safety of guests, pets are allowed only on a leash, an additional fee per pet is charged - 20 EUR/day, if there are two or more pets - 30 EUR/day. You can visit the hotel's breakfast hall and restaurant terraces with your pets. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the internal areas of the breakfast hall or restaurant.

The person accompanying the pet or its owner is fully responsible for the animal's behavior: you must compensate for any damage caused by the pet to other guests, their property, hotel staff, building or inventory. The hotel and its staff are not responsible for any damage caused by the hotel's guests' pets to other guests.

SMOKING

Smoking tobacco products and using any smoking equipment in the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

EXTRA BED AND BREAKFAST

– Children under 3 years old – free of charge (maximum 2 children in a deluxe room and apartment, 1 child in a standard room).

– Children from 3 to 12 years old – 19 EUR/child per night with breakfast (maximum 2 children in a deluxe room and apartment, 1 child in a standard room).

– Children from 12 years old and adults – 35 EUR/person per night with breakfast (maximum 2 in a deluxe room and apartment, 1 in a standard room).

An extra bed or baby cot must be booked in advance.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Upon receipt of a prepayment equal to the price of 1 day no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the reservation. If the reservation is accepted later than 3 days before arrival, the advance payment is transferred on the same day.

Your non-guaranteed reservation can be canceled without any charge or transferred to another date 48 hours before the date of arrival at 12:00.

Unpaid reservations are considered non-guaranteed and may be canceled.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

You can cancel a room with a guaranteed reservation free of charge by notifying us no later than 48 hours before the date of arrival at 12:00. If a guaranteed reservation is canceled later or in the event of a no-show, the hotel charges a fee equal to 100% of the price of one night's accommodation including VAT.

EARLY DEPARTURE

If a guest departs earlier than confirmed in their reservation, the hotel may apply an early departure fee equal to 100% of the booked night's accommodation price including VAT.
